(1) 齒輪設計與分析: 齒形設計,負載下齒面接觸分析,靜動態傳動誤差,動態特性與訊號處理,最佳化設計。
(2) 光機整合分析與最佳化設計: 光學機構設計、大口徑反射鏡減重分析與最佳化設計、撓性結構設計、太陽能光電系統聚光模組設計與分析。
(3) 光機電系統研發: 光學式齒輪檢測系統、晶圓傳輸機械手臂系統、晶圓定位系統、自動化光學檢測、微奈米製程與封裝。
